Banshees go 2-1 up in Conference series

After a humiliating 5-0 loss in game one of the series against the strong divisional rival Bedwell Baby Beefs the Banshees bounced back in game two with a win despite being the 2nd better team on the night and the confidence brought on by that victory inspired them to another win in game three, once again inspired by a Fabian Brunnstrom goal who has been the Banshees MVP so far in this years playoffs.

Game three was similar to game two but the shots were closer, all the goals in regulation came in the first two periods and after a lack lustre third the Banshees came out flying and battered the Baby Beefs in the overtime period outshooting them 6-1 before Adam Lowry found twine 6:11 into the period.

Game four will be another home game in which the Banshees can gain a big advantage for themselves if they can complete the home mini sweep after splitting the games on the road. After most thought the Banshees would fall in the first round this could be another big scalp as the team runs through a New York Giants style run of form.

Ok tell me.....what are you feeding Brunnstrom! 9 goals in 9 games

Another OT game but this time ends in a loss. It was the first game of the series the Banshees topped the shooting stat but no Brunnstrom goal no win for Biggleswade.
