The Brewers farm outift the Biggleswade Banshees are on the verge of winning the teams first ever playoff series as they currently lead the Matlock Leprechauns three games to two. The Banshees have been lead to this point by brilliant play from Mark Scheifele, Fabian Brunnstrom, Adam Lowry, Mike Commodore & Jeff Hanson combining for 12 goals, 20 assists and an average +/- of 5.8.

LETS GO BANSHEES!!!!

Banshees on verge of winning debut playoff series Empty BANSHEES WIN!!!!

Post by CFCNick Thu Nov 22, 2012 8:58 pm

On the road vs the 1st seed Matlock Leprechauns in game six the Biggleswade Banshees finished the job with a game winning goal scored by Fabian Brunnstrom, his sixth of the series, assisted by Mike Commodore, his seventh.

The Banshees are the first team through in the league and await the result of the Terrors-Baby Beefs series which has been taken to game seven.

Congratulations sir. Weird seeing Brunnstrom get praise! I had him a few seasons ago and he was a throw away in a trade lol!

Hopefully the Baby Beefs can squeeze out a win, I need a farm title!

Cheers gents. Not a bad first season in pro and farm. Both teams .500 or above.

Playing in a division where the other 4 teams all put up 100+ points I would say you did very well!
