Its Playoff Time

The playoffs are back again in Badgertown as the Beards try to make it out of the first round for the first time. Following a solid campaign Badgers GM Pete is confident that the team can overcome the crunch. With a 1-4-1 record against them in the regular season its not going to be easy though.

" Since we made our move for Bobby at the deadline, our team has become a much more contained unit. Gone is Cam Ward with his large contract. Tomas Popperle has stepped up and put up monstrous numbers. Had we benched Cam sooner, he would have been a solid contender for the all star game and we believe that he is a dark horse in the Hasek trophy. This is the first season that we feel truly confident in our goalie."
