...and after playing a couple of games for The Rivermen, the good people of Peoria still wouldn't call him active

He is technically on a two way contract though? It's a bit like saying Wellwood isn't active because he doesnt move very much.

Yeah, and you'd be right there! Can you believe they had the cheek to put him in the shootout last night? Either that or their roster is that shallow.....

We have all but one - Ovie, Jagr, Teemu, Iginla, Kovy, Heatley, Vinny, Sud, Stamkos and Perry. One left

One of the Marians? Hossa or Gaborik. Though come to think of it, neither of them are ever healthy long enough to score 50.

Correct! Incidentally, he was also the first goalie to score, shooting into an open goal against the Bruins.

Yeah I remember that goal! (Not live obviously!)
What NHL goalie has the longest undefeated streak in an entire season and how many games did it last?

We've had this before too - wasn't it Martin Biron? Oh wait, that was shutout streak maybe...so my answer is Roberto Luongo, 22 games

I think you are thinking of Boucher for the shut-out Azzy.
I'm going to go old school with George Hainsworth and something ridiculous like 32 games.

Indeed the previous question was shutout. Not Lu or Hainsworth He played somewhere between those two in terms of the era.

Oh, i saw this when researching a question a couple of days ago... I think buff is right on the number of games with 32 (Maybee 33), and im sure he played for the Bruins in the 70's. Have no idea what his name is though
