I only said Shanahan because of the amount of fights he had against me in NHL 98! And of course he was a more acccomplished goal scorer than Tie Domi. I'll work out a poser later today, got to visit the sister in law with the outlaws. Joy.

The 1950 and 1954 Red Wings teams share what Stanley Cup winning honour?

Only time the Cup Finals have gone to a game 7 overtime, they won both times.

Only 13 players have played in excess of 1500 regular season games. Who is closest to joining them?

Buffon - I like the fact you were so confident in your answer you posted straight away! You were absolutely spot on. And in response i say Teemu Selanne

Sometimes you just know the answer, or at least you think you do.
Though his career certainly hasn't gone in a flash Selanne is the not the answer.

Give us a clue - is this fella still active and standing a chance of breaking 1500 games? Or is it someone who has retired on something like 1495? In any case, if its not Selanne, I'd go to Mike Modano

Seeing as Modano is retiring, it HAS to be Nick Lidstrom. There's no-one anywhere near him, I looked it up about 3 months ago

It's Modano, who has 1499 regular season games.
Azzy I never said he would be joining them, I just asked who is closest.

Nice easy one. Even a three day old monkey could get this - between 1980 and 1993 only three players have been nominated no.1 centre on the all star team. Name them.

Which goalie conceded the most goals in a single season and how many goals did he concede. For a bonus what was his GAA for the season!

Toskala gets my vote too (sorry Buff)
And having also had Niitty on my fantasy team I know exactly where Leafy's coming from. Don't know about you Leafy, but I still haven't forgiven him.

I was going to go with Grant Fuhr or is that still too recent? Further back then Tony Esposito.
It has to be someone that has played a lot of games and others like Hall, Roy and Sawchuck must have better GAAs

Its got to be Artur Irbe. Anyone goaltending the 92 San Jose Sharks had to have a GAA approaching 5.00! And CJ - no I haven't forgiven Nittymaki and nor shall I
