Alex Semin. The best player on the the most potent line in the 606HL. As such, he is UNAVAILABLE. The Giraffes are on a trade lockdown, and this player is the main reason for such. The management at MJG will NOT entertain offers for their franchise player, whoever is offered. Especially if they re over 32, underperforming, overpaid toot with a few fringe wastrels thrown in. In short, Alex Semin will be a Giraffe for the rest of his natural life. And in the afterlife, and possibly longer.
