606HL is now 2 years old!

On the 21st April 2010 we conducted the initial fantasy draft to set up the 606HL and on Friday it will be 2 years to the day since game 1 of season 1 was simulated, a 6-3 win for the Bearded Badgers over the Broadway Blueshirts!

At the time I had no idea how far this would go. As many of you know I had tried joining a few sim leagues before that fell apart before the seasons were even half way through, one of which didn't even reach the end of the draft! As a result I decided to give it a go running it myself and could not have done it without you guys helping and staying active! We have had our ups and downs, players leaving, players joining, players at times at each others throats but we are still going!

So a big thank you to all of you still going, especially to the guys that have stuck it out from day 1!

Here's to many more seasons to come!

Two more years and you might know what your doing...

Having just completed my first season in the league, i have to thank you all for the help and support, as clearly i was making it up as i went more often then not. And im sure were all greatfull to beef for the time he puts into running the sim (aswell as the others that help out).

Im sure were all aware how quickly things fall apart here when the beefs not around, but thats how i got my new team so...


Well done everyone!

Forget us, Good Sir. It's down to you and the endless hours of commitment you put in, that makes the league the success it is.

I can't believe its been two years (although that initial draft felt like two years). Well done for all the hard work Mr Commish. May the next two be filled with random number generators, baconators and jopter patrolling!
