Confused Ducks

There was a lot of confusion at last nights game against the Boston Shamrocks. The players turned up, but it seems the owners and coaches thought the game was tonight.

Despite the lack of leadsership the Flaming Ducks bounced back from their OT loss to the beef with a solid win. Jimmy Howard Stoped 29 of 31 shots in an impresive performance to put his recent strugles behind him.

Enver Lisin continues to impress in top line duties. Lisin has 5 goals and 5 assists in 10 games and leads the team in hits. When asked about the lack of coaches Lisin had the following to say:
"Yeah, you know. It was unusual, but were all pros here, we know what we need to do. Brent took charge as captain, he stood behind the players while he was on the bench doing his Jacques Lemier impression. We had a few beers during the intervals... It was a good night you know"

The Flaming Ducks host the Watford Capitals tomorrow night, will the GM and coaches turn up, or will this be the start of a new tradition?

I always found it was a bonus if Jaques didn't turn up!

I think the dementia caught up with him last night. Poor guy should join Driz's support group
