Live Draft part 2!

Hi guys and thanks for the effort in keeping this draft moving, we have so far just about kept up the round per day pace which is excellent as we could very well finish by this weekend!

I just wanted to remind you all that we are planning another live draft tomorrow at 8pm. Could you let me know that you are able to be online here please and if anyone cannot make it, could you please get me a list of your preferred players. Once again the trade committee will be making the final decisions on teams who are not online and do not submit lists.

Yeah, I'm up for that, mate. Reckon we may be able to get through more rounds this time and then (finally!) we'll be almost there.

The Moose Jaw Giraffes will be ready for the live draft, although may be muttering at the back things about Calgary, Slip End and Leicester under their breath....

Exactly, if we can get through round 12 and maybe some of round 13 today and tomorrow day then we could at the very least complete our lineups and maybe even finish the scratches as well.

Leafy, am I going to need to hire in some bouncers to keep this draft in order? I hear Sean Avery is looking for something to do although I am a bit worried it might turn into a fashion show if I leave him in charge.

Well my team's kit still hasn't been finished so perhaps a fashion show wouldn't be such a bad idea?

I'm not sure having Mr Avery around as a bouncer would be a good idea - the good lady Mrs Giraffe has tidied up around my office, and there is a lack of post it notes mentioning who not to draft! He may well end up with a Giraffe on his chest by the end of the night

We could grind to a bit of a halt today, if Paddy does'nt come online soon, poor Joga will be neck deep in his duvet....unless of course he sends someone a private message for his next pick!!!

I will be online tomorrow night Homer. Not sure about time though. I've got to help Doris with her evening job, then do the bedtime routine with Mstr Driz first...then of course i've got to login properly....oh to be young and computer competent

If my maths is now correct, the 2nd live draft is a 5am start for me! I will definitely submit a list for that, but we'll see how things go as the little one is a terrible sleeper so might be up and about regardless; in any case she likes fiddling with the spreadsheet and saying "NONONONONO" which I presume is an impression of me telling her to get away from the computer. I'll forgive her when she's the next Marie-Phillip Poulin.

Andy, if you can't be sure of being on then a list to at least round 20 would be good as I am aiming to get us that far at the very least. While your there you might as well put a list to round 23 just in case.

Joga, that is fine by me. It will likely last a few hours so if you join in part way then its all good

anyway, not sure i will be online as this dissertation aint fun but i have a list prepared, should it come to that, up to round 20, will extend it now to round 23

Conference 1 Division 1 is shaping up nicely for rivalry - I haven't decided what my reason for hating Matt will be, but I'm trying to think of one. He will slip up sooner or later.

hahahaha you may think that about thomas, but i do indeed have halak as backup and hey what about quick, a one season wonder to be with your team you might even end up BELOW moose jaw..... hard to believe anyone would finish below a leaf i know, but hey stranger things have happened
