one of the weirdest trades I have witnessed. The corner stone of the flyers gone and building from the back is pure rebuild mode.

Still a highish first round draft pick can not be all that bad can it, or do you think they will be willing to trade that away?

Also I think Burke made the right decision!!!!

Simmonds/Voracek/Leino will probably be asking around $1.5m ish Nodl prob about $1m and Powe will probably sign around $0.50-$0.75m range.

There goes the $7m cap space! Quite where people are getting these ideas that the Flyers are going after Brad Richards with that kinda cap room I have no idea.

They must have wanted a top class goal tender so damn badly...
