Usual start to the season for the Beefs Empty Usual start to the season for the Beefs

Well 3 games in and the Beefs are the only team in the league not to have registered a win going 0-1-2. This seems to be an annual event for the Beefs getting off to slow starts so GM Homer isn't too worried especially as only one of the games was ended in regulation so the start could have been quite different. The promising point so far has been the play of Stanley Cupp as he has stepped up while other big names on the team have not got going yet.

The Baby Beefs on the other hand have got off to their usual hot start going 3-0-0 and there seems to be some healthy competition to be the teams leading scorer. Currently Austin Watson is leading the way with 4 points.

There is still a long way to go for both teams so we will have to wait and see how things pan out.

Tonight the Beefs continue their busy start to the season facing the Scarabs for the 2nd time already as well as the Badgers to sit at 5 games in just 9 days. The Beefs would like to get at least one win to really kick start their season.
