Ice Dogs 1st Pick Available?

Derby Ice Dogs GM, Carnell, let slip in a recent radio interview that he was willing to add his first round pick to a trade if it meant he would be able to bring in a current top 6 forward who would help guide the Ice Dogs.

He admitted he was in the market for at least one new top 6 forward, but believed he would have to make the clubs first pick available to make the trade more appealing to other GM's looking at picking up stars of the future at this years draft.

What lies in store for the Ice Dogs? Who knows, but we are sure there will be changes shortly to the lineup.
