Ducks trade draft pick for J Ruutu

Anaheim have traded a 2011 6th rounder for Jarkko Ruutu from Ottawa.

The Senators really are taking this rebuild thing seriously aren't they?!

I wish he had come back to Pittsburgh....just imagine him and Matt Cooke

And the latest on the Kaberle story is the B's get Kabs and the Leafs get Boston's first rounder plus a prospect - possibly Joe Coborne or Ryan Spooner (both pretty good kids actually, seen 'em play)

And to clear cap space for the move, apparently the Bruins have traded Stuart and Wheeler to the Thrashers for Peverley and Valabik. Not sure if I'm entirely happy with that.
