Yes I'm undertaking Tough Mudder
No I don't think I'm insane
Yes it will hurt a lot
No I won't die (not intentionally anyway)
Yes I'm doing it for charity
No I'm DEFINITELY not insane
Yes you should donate.
If you don't quite understand Tough Mudder, I suggest you watch this video:

Yes, yes you are! I'm happy to run a half marathon, but I draw the line at Tough Mudder. I've got a friend who keeps trying to get me to take part. She's run a couple and loves it, but she's younger and fitter (and madder) than I am.

Nah, you're just saying that because you're not hardcore and from the North-East like myself...either that or you've got all your faculties and they're in working order.

Had to sign my death/injury resposibility waiver today. Scary.

Re: Tough Mudder
So I'm only a couple of hundred off my target. Please donate if you can. Both the dementia ward, and I would both really appreciate it.

Re: Tough Mudder
A massive thanks to those who donated.
It was certainly a difficult task, and made harder by the bad weather, but 12 miles of hills, swimming in mud, jumping 40ft into pools, climbing walls, and electric shocks are now behind me. We completed the whole course, and all obstacles in 2hrs 20min. Suffice to say I cannot move today, and my biceps and shoulders feel like they are on fire. Despite CJ's comments above, it really was a lot of fun.
However, the important thing is that we raised enough to reach, and then surpass our target. Many thanks again for the support shown by you guys.

Re: Tough Mudder
A true WARRIOR shall not be put off by pain, or soreness. My mate says he'd like to do this next year, so I think I'll do it with him. I'll not be raising money, but I'll be supporting him on the way round.
WARRIOR!
WARRIOR!
