I got sent down to the juniors again for the 3rd season Mad I simmed through again, LA won the cup and Iginla retired playing for buffalo!

I asked for a trade at the start of my fourth season, the GM told me I wasn't even worth a washing machine and as punishment for requesting a trade I was sent to the AHL Sad

Ha make sure you save before requesting a trade Smile that way if they punish you it doesn't matter Very Happy

I guess choosing to start off in juniors has a pretty big effect to it cos I never seemed to come close to being sent down.

Finally made the pro's cheers 3rd line for the Kings with Carter on my line. 80 overall now after the three years in juniors and my hitting is now 98. Now it's time to take down Chara!

If you get drafted by Dallas you get a spot on the first line in your second season when the rest of the roster retires

Simming is the wrong thing to do. I've never been sent down. I always play a year for the Niagara IceDogs. Usually end up on the 3rd line of an Eastern team in my 1st season.

I played every game in my first season in the juniors and all pre season games after being drafted. I only simmed the 2nd and 3rd seasons I was sent back to juniors as there was no way I was playing a whole 72 game season all over again. Remember, you can't get called up from junior hockey, so there is no incentive to do well.

I always go Niagra for my CHL season........ force of habit now and i sorta get to play with Ryan Strome.

Anyways I am a two-way forward playing centre, with most of my stats in the 80s (minus body checking, aggressiveness and fighting skill). Drafted 1st overall by Chicago and been told I aint going down.

If you are all on xbox we should get an EASHL team going. Anyone fancy that? Looks to me like we already have a LW, C, RW and D Smile

I had a friend who was able to connect his xbox through a bridge connection to his laptop which was using a single! Connection was pretty decent didn't get any more lag than usual!

I play as a playmaker centre, Freddie Hamilton and Andrew Aggozino are my best friends. I always skate to the goalies left and either deke in and out to score at the near post or slide it across the crease to on of the other guys.

I went for the Ice Dogs too in NHL12. Was really enjoying it before the freezing issues became apparent.

As for simming unless it's changed providing you don't do too many games in succession it doesn't affect your guy overly much. And besides if you want a long career you kind of have to unless you're going to dedicate your existence to the game. In addition if you're unlucky enough to sign a 3 year new contract and then get traded to one of the worst teams in the league who insist on letting every decent player on their roster leave each year then you're forced to sim to get through the pain. That's what happened to me once. Curse the Devils.
