Not decided yet, but if the person with Pick 1 doesn't get a chuffing move on, my team may never get a coach!
There's a very good reason why said person has not picked yet...and what does it matter... our team isn't even finished yet!

I can accept the first point - but if you're telling me that these last three picks are going to influence your coaching decision...

I didn't mean that. What I mean is, we can't start until three rounds are done anyway. So there is no rush to pick our HC.

No rush, but I don't see why we can't run this draft simultaneously with the 21/22/23 rounds draft? Gives those waiting for their draft pick something to do as well.

We can run it... we are just waiting for someone to be online, who is busy raising money tonight. It only started earlier today. People work, and have other commitments.
Trust me... I am just as excited as you are to pick!

Dunno if this is our version of the client or not, but in the screenshots of the GM's console, but it looks like you can fire your coach if you want!

Hmm, not sure I like this coaching aspect of the game. You only get to pick one guy and whoever has the first picks will get to take the best coaches and the advantages that go with it. It evens out over a full playing roster draft of 23 rounds but not for the coaches.
Ok I'm picking pretty high but I don't think this is really fair...

it is a bit unfair.... but you can risk perhaps picking a younger coach with a lot of potential, build for the future its all swings and roundaboutsronnie pander wrote:Hmm, not sure I like this coaching aspect of the game. Thanks Monty.
I do Appologise for holding your picks up Azzy lad, but I happen to have had a 14 hour day at work. In future, you might just want to think before you rant!

Thinking ain't my style sonny
By the way, as this thread was first posted at 10am yesterday, and it was a day and a half later that you made your selection, it wasn't too out of order for me to make a playful comment with a playful attached. Others had a go at Andy (Sunderland Avs) for holding up the 21st round of the players draft earlier, and it was only his pick for a few hours...

Andy will post his selection this evening. I managed to forget to include him in the email so he has only recently received the list but cannot open it at work. Just so you guys know
