Coaches pro and farm

When signing coaches we have agreed that certain coaches will not accept a contract to a farm team. Of the available coaches these are as follows.

Pro only:

Daniel Alfredsson
John Tortorella
Nicklas Lidstrom
Peter Deboer

Pro preferred:
Barry Trotz
Brian Rafalski
Bruce Boudreau
Gary Roberts
Dave Tippett
Lindy Ruff
Sergei Zubov
Teemu Selanne

The pro preferred coaches will accept offers from the farm teams but should a pro offer come in of a lower value (but within $0.5m for the farm offer) then they will sign with the pro team.

Also lengths of contracts will be limited to 10 years in the pro and 3 years in the farm.

Also pro coaches will need a minimum offer of $2m going forward.
