Yes, you saw it here first. In a meaningless fixture between the Ducks and Gooch towards the end of the season this happened...

18:59 of 2nd period - Ilya Kovalchuk beats up Mike Green.
18:59 of 2nd period - Penalty to Mike Green for Fighting.
18:59 of 2nd period - Penalty to Ilya Kovalchuk for Fighting
