I wouldn't worry, Buf. There is nothing you can do once you have selected your team.
And Pete, I agree (this time), but he does seem to get joptered a lot.

Re: Fantasy F1 league
The site is working again now
And here are the current standings
Sorry about the recent downtime. My webhost decided to block all access to the database without notice! Unfortunately, it coincided with my phone being in for repair, so I didn't see the flood of emails from users asking about the site. Thanks to everyone who contacted me. I would have replied to you all, but there were so many emails and I thought my time was better spent trying to get the site up and running again.
I haven't actually resolved the issues with my webhost, so be prepared for the site to go down again without notice. I'll do my best to keep any downtime as short as possible!
For the interested techies... the reason they blocked access to the database was explained by one of their admins:
While our routine server monitoring we have found that your database was overloading the server.
The logs are showing that there were high number of Queries getting executed. So we have to suspend it and hence the site is down.
Kindly check the database and try to optimize it.
I think the only simple way to reduce the number of queries is to implement caching such as varnish, but I don't know of any that run on cPanel shared hosting!
