Fantasy premier league?

Anyone one here doing a premiership fantasy football team? I can create a 606hl league on fantasy.premierleague.com if anyone is interested!

It's got be be 15 years since I last had a fantasy football team. And being a Leeds Utd fan living in the US, I think it's fair to say I'm a bit out of touch with the Prem. so yeah, I'm game.

And talking about fantasy teams - are Homer and Leafy resurrecting the 606 hockey leagues? Pretty please.

I'll join as long as you fix the scoring so that goals cost you points, and being offside/taking crap corners/getting booked earn you points.

Do you get points for diving or arguing with the ref?

Bonus points for biting

I'm back and I'll join you. I'm the reigning champions amongst my football team though I reckon that says more about their ability than mine as you shall see...

I have joined, and what a shocker of a team I have. Everyone, including CJ and her 1990's Leeds Utd knowledge should rocket above me.

I will also reignite the 606HL Yahoo league when the time arises.

I have to confess that I did the "auto-fill" rather than pick a team, because I seriously don't have a clue. The only team I had any knowledge of other than Leeds was Wigan Athletic and the buggers went and got themselves relegated.

So it looks as if Leafy and I will be in a relegation dog fight for the entire season.

And I may not have a clue as to who any of my team members are, but I have designed the most awesome kit for the poor little buggers to wear.

My game plan is to dazzle the opposition.

Oh dear lord that was not a great start. Really should have invested more time in selecting my team!!

Oh, I think I have gotten this all wrong. I thought the point was to spend as much money as possible while scoring as few points as you can.

I was hoping to sign Norman Hunter and that nice Gordon MacQueen chap, but I can't find them.

He's brilliant but he's only played about 30 minutes in 2 games!!!

Now after thousands have dumped him he'll play 90 minutes on Monday and score a hat trick.

Oh crap, you're right. I'm still thinking in fantasy hockey terms, and was scared if I dropped a player someone would swoop in and steal him. D'oh. Feel somewhat silly now
