Re: Film recommendations please!
I see what you mean about Youngblood!
Don't worry I have seen Batman Begins and Dark Knight I have also seen Brotherhood (I think I have it on DVD somewhere) and agree it is an excellent film. I am a bit partial to Asian cinema, some of my favourite films!
Office Space (I'm not sure I have seen that!), Youngblood, The Warriors and He loves me, Loves me not all added to the list. Thank you sir!

You know what, I have Letters from Iwo Jima and Flag of Our Fathers on DVD and just haven't gotten down to watching them..... Really don't know why lol

Re: Film recommendations please!
Two of my mates haoppened to admit that one Sunday they stayed in and watched the Twilight films toagether. They seemed to think this was perfectly acceptable. Then they mentioned they'd closed the curtains and eaten icecream.
After being made aware of what they'd just admitted to, even they finally gave in and agreed it was pretty gay...

Only thing that could have made that gayer would have been if they were wrapped up in Justin Bieber bedsheets!

Oh yes...Office Space is a cool little movie. The main character's approach to life is something I very much try to model myself on.

And as we're fast approaching that time of the year I should also mention the best Xmas film ever...Bad Santa. So wrong but so good.

Samir: No one in this country can ever pronounce my name right. It's not that hard: Na-ghee-na-na-jar. Nagheenanajar.
Michael Bolton: Yeah, well, at least your name isn't Michael Bolton.
Samir: You know, there's nothing wrong with that name.
Michael Bolton: There *was* nothing wrong with it... until I was about twelve years old and that no-talent ass clown became famous and started winning Grammys.
Samir: Hmm... well, why don't you just go by Mike instead of Michael?
Michael Bolton: No way! Why should I change? He's the one who sucks
That film is full of quoteable lines.

lol! It really is.
Completely off my radar until about 3 years ago when I stumbled across it on Dutch TV. I couldn't believe Jennifer Aniston could actually be in a good movie...

I'd not seen Office Space until about six years ago. Watched it on a coach going to some godawful team building event with a load of work colleagues. We were all howling laughing while the managers were squirming in their seats and wondering if they could turn it off and put something else on instead.

Is working in the U.S. really full of all those cliché moments? I hope it is

Yep! I really should watch it again just to see how accurate it is.
Same with Field of Dreams now that I actually understand baseball.

Nearly time to take Muppet Christmas Carol off the shelf. . Definitely my favourite Christmas film (closely followed by Scrooged).

Just watched this one. Good call, enjoyed it a lot!
Re: Film recommendations please!
The book's good too. Although it's so well written I had Brian Clough in my head for weeks. (which is very unnerving let me tell you).

Have you seen Remember The Titans, Invincible, We Are Marshall or Friday Night Lights?
As for my recommendations, Wicker Park, The Butterfly Effect & The Joneses are all good movies I enjoyed.
