Players potential

When the league was set up the players all had a 95-99 rating for potential. As was my original plan the first re-rate would be taken based on age rather than this figure as players near the end of their career are no longer developing.

Unfortunately as you all know, I have had to use the auto re-rates. As a result all the players are being treated as fairly equal in terms of their potentials which kind of takes age out of the equation. This will have a big impact over the next few seasons as at this rate, everyones top 2 lines will become stacked with 99 99 99 ratings and will kind of defeat the object of developing younger talent in the farm to take over from declining veterens.

My proposal is to redo the potential ratings of the players so that they fit more with their age. Something along the following lines.

18-20: 99
21-25: 85-99
26-30: 75-84
31-35: 65-74
35-40: 55-65
40+: 50

Change them, tho this will be a gimpy job.

Yeah, it seems like they should be fixed but surely every player shouldn't have a potential to be a superstar though?
