So the first buyouts are upon us! Some predictable, some less so! Thought I would start a list of all the players bought out so far!

If it is true, I don't have a problem with teams trading potential buyout candidates away. I would have a problem with the old team then re-signing the player they traded away.

I think Horton is in the crosshairs, as his shoulder appears to be made of yoghurt.
For the Wings, we're talking about buying out Samuelsson and Bertuzzi. I'd love to keep Bert, but last season's injuries hampered him a lot. Sammy, I'm not bothered about at all, and we have equally good young lads to replace him. Emmerton, Andersson, and Nyquist are all capable.
We've bought out McCollum, but I'll be amazed if anyone actually knows who he is, as when you're 4th choice goalie, you don't get much of a look-in! I also expect us to buy out Coliacovo, due to fact he's done nothing since he came here, and it completely hopeless. As far as reasons for buy-outs go, that's quite a good one.
