Belated Christmas wishes to all....

Doris won the Collinson lunch award for best part of the meal with her amazing orange sauce for the duck. She also scooped the comedy award, in the kitchen for 30 seconds and completely covered the place in cornflour Very Happy

Disaster of the meal was won by yours truly....I completely ruined mashed potato...oh the embarrassment Embarassed

I'm impressed. Ruining mashed potato takes some doing. You should do what I did and buy it ready made. Yes I know it's cheating but meh, life's too short.

Have to say the turkey was cooked to perfection. It's the first time I've ever cooked one so I was crapping myself about buggering it up. But it was pretty good. As was the selection of beers from the Long Trail Brewery.
