Forsberg goes into hibernation
Peter Forsberg is expected to announce his retirement tonight after a comeback of just two games.

I'm a little saddened. Surely Foppa knew if he was
a) capable of a comeback and playing at a high level
b) wanted to make a comeback and still had the desire to play
If the answer to either of these questions was not a definitive yes then why did he attempt a comeback. If the answers were yes then why is he quitting.
Such a legend, shame to see his career winding up like this.

Mo Money.
Or Brett Favre paid him to draw some attention.

I think give it full tilt effort of a couple of seasons, or don't bother.
With this 2 game comeback he's only drawn a lot of unwanted attention to himself.

I don't think he did the team any favours for the game against the Flames either. Gutted he retired so quickly, more gutted at the state of the team he has left behind.
