What's the procedure for signing prospects? I see the thread for contract limits. Do we email like extensions?

Just email your offers over the same as extensions but along with the above rules.

Forgot to release these to free agency last night so will do so tonight. In the mean time they are available in free agency along with the other unassigned players.
