Indeed he was but many of the top end in losses were good goalies, just on that list because they played way more games than your average goalie.

But +/- is the key, yes.

Russians aren't very good at building +/- so I would just be sitting here reeling off Russian players. I will leave it for someone to have an educated guess instead.
