How to be a domestic goddess
So who wants to try my double chocolate chip muffins, ginger and syrup cake, and flapjacks? Or give it another hour and the bolognaise should be ready. Made with pancetta and a mixture of minced beef, veal and pork. (And most of a bottle of red wine)

They don't know what they're missing. The flapjacks are rather good (if I say so myself).

I see your chocolate chip muffins, and raise you a passionfruit and dark chocolate torte, with orange popping candy worked into the base (cheers Heston) that I made for the wife's birthday this weekend...

Because I'm shockily bad at cooking, I got creative with the normal bland stuff I can make. my wife was treated to a fort of potato, with sausage turrets and a moat of beans...

That dollop of sauce is never going to be enough for that pasty

That was purely for the photograph. Two minutes later and you couldn't see the pasty for beans and sauce.
Got a homemade cheese and onion pasty in my sandwich bag today. Great. It's 7.20am and I'm already thinking about dinner (or lunch if you're posh/southern*)

Ah but you're a giraffe, you need all that extra food. And you've missed out brunch.
The correct order is of course, breakfast, dinner, tea, supper.
once got invited to supper. In my house 'supper' is two digestives* and a glass of milk, so I had my tea before I went. Didn't make that mistake twice.
* Actually it's probably more likely to be Oreos these days.
