You should be thankful I predicted the Bruins to win Jonzee. I am wrong the vast majority of the time!

You had me worried for a minute, then I realised it's in reverse order. Wink

The whole of St Louis couldn't believe that Kipper never played last night, he really has the indian sign on us...I could hear the sigh of relief in Luton when it was announced Very Happy

A couple of intersting stats from that game Driz.

That was the first time ever Kipper had not played the 2nd game of the season for the Flames. I like Karlson, but his rebound controll last night was appaling!

In four meetings last season, we only gave up 3 goals against the Blues, and shut you out twice. You have already improved on that after just on game.

We made so many stupid mistakes though. We don't desrve to win playing like that.

To be fair, I think we out played you all over the ice, last night.

The real turning point was towards the end of the 1st period. It was 1-1, we then kept you camped in front of your net for nearly three minutes. You couldn't escape, make a line change, nothing. Finally you iced the puck - then you coach had to call a time out.

None of the players on the ice, were able to make the face off. They were all doubled up or hanging off the boards, exhausted.

Although we never scored, we realised we had you beat and we thoroughly deserved our win.
