Vancouver 4-2 San Jose (Despite the loss of both Sedin twina for the series after a huge double-hit in Game 1 by Doug Murray, the Canucks rally from 2-1 down to win the series led by Ryan Kesler, with Roberto Luongo getting the final goal of the series)

Boston 4-1 Tampa Bay (After Games 1 and 2 both end up in 4th OT 1-0 wins, first for the Lightning then for the Bruins, Dwayne Roloson is forced out of Game 3 due to athritis and the Bolts crumble, losing the next 3 games all by over 4 goals; culminating in a shocking attack on Steve Downie by a depressed Steven Stamkos)
