After my trip to Vancouver/Seattle/Salt Lake City, I can now offer for discuss the following:

Oreos - Gingerbread flavour
Utter, utter, genius. Far superior to the mint and birthday cake varieties. They don't even need to be double stuffed. The wife and I finished off a box of these in one night.

M&Ms - Gingerbread flavour
After the Oreos success, I tried these hoping for a repeat and was sorely disappointed. Weak flavouring and when you finally did taste the gingerbread, it wasn't as sweet as the Oreos. Maybe I'd been spoilt.

Tim Hortons - Pumpkin Spice Timbits
Essentially, sweet dough balls with pumpkin spice seasoning. One of those treats you try and think 'yeah, these are OK', but they're so utterly moreish you eat 12 before you've connected to the free wifi (which was the whole purpose in going). Being in North America on the run up to Thanksgiving was a good choice.

Deep fried dill pickles
A starter, provided with both Thousand Island, and Ranch dressing. Not what you would think would be appetising, but most impressive. Strange tastes, but really seemed to work well.

Root Beer Float and Milkshake
Not bizarre in terms of experimenting, but when they arrived...GREAT ODIN'S RAVEN!

Red Mill Burger
A place in Seattle that was by far, the best burger I've ever eaten in my entire life. We also tried Five Guys, but had been spoilt by Red Mill. Even though Five Guys has a massive selection of additions to the burgers and you create your own type, Red Mill was so fresh and tasty, it'll never be surpassed. They also have a very impressive bacon stack.

And I'm going to Toronto on Friday, so may have to sample those Tim Horton's pumpkin thingies.
