The 8 debate
I don't know if any of you have been following the 8 debate about the best players, coaches and GMs on nhl.com. The basic jist is come up with you top 8 players for each position (criteria determined by you). We tot up the scores to see who comes out on top, a player received eight points for a first-place vote, seven for a second and so forth to one point for an eighth-place ranking. Since we don't have Barry Melrose I think we can come up with something better than they did.
If you are interested in what the 'experts' have to say here you are:

Re: The 8 debate
What are you basing it on? This season only or multiple seasons? And should I be worried as I put mine together it looks nothing like yours?
Re: The 8 debate
Well I couldn't work out what criteria nhl.com used so I used a mix of past seasons, this season, traits I admire, pure talent, impact they would have, relevance to the league today etc. You can use whatever you like.MockingJay33 wrote:What are you basing it on?
Nope. It is your opinion after all! I quite like seeing what other people think so will be interested to see your lists.MockingJay33 wrote:should I be worried as I put mine together it looks nothing like yours?
