That is when Bettman thinks the CBA talks will start........that's right start!

Can someone explain to me why they need to leave it this long to even start talking to one another? Not to mention the word probably Evil or Very Mad

It all seems woryingly unorganised. Neutral

I doubt the GM's are too happy with the current situation. It doesn't help with FA's and trades.

Not sure why I am surprised.....but yeah the fact they announced a cap amount which can be changed just adds to the confusion.
