European hockey

Post by Monty on Fri Jan 28, 2011 12:12 am

Obviously we all know who we support in the NHL, so who else do you support? My girlfriend is Finnish, and from the city of Espoo, so she made me support the Espoo Blues in the SM-Liiga. The standard of hockey over there is amazing, and I have been lucky to see a few ex and future NHLers in Michael Nylander and Wild draft pick Mikael Granlund playing over there.

I also support the Sheffield Steelers in England, but my interest in Uk hockey has waned in the last few years.

Yes. At the moment it is full with pictures of Wendel Clark's tasche and Bobby Ryan's 3rd star honours in the 606HL- but I may be able to make room for this new medal...

Must be a pretty big cabinet then to fit all of those pictures!

I wonder how long before we cannot see the first quote.....

I made it myself!! Though the neighbour says the garage was there when I moved in.

I think we will always see the first quote... but there is no harm trying, unless that is Pete comes round to our houses with a machete becuase of the number of e-mail notifications he is getting from this.
